Lee Clark, co-founder and president brings to the Clark-Heidrich Group over 30 years of industry experience and expertise. Prior to founding the Clark-Heidrich Group in 1990, Lee held a variety of top human resource and labor positions with firms such as Rockwell International, Knight Ridder and the San Francisco Newspapers. Lee holds undergraduate degrees in Human Resource Management and Industry Psychology, a MBA in Management and was admitted to the BAR in his home state of Michigan in 1975.

Robert Heidrich, co-founder and chief operating officer. Robert brings more than 30 years of business and human resource experience to the Clark-Heidrich Group. Previously, Robert served as a personnel consultant and employment manager for companies including R.J Carroll Company, Rockwell International and Fischer Body Division of General Motors. Robert holds a B.B.A. in Industry Relations from the University of Western Michigan.
